Subscription Terms and Conditions
Career Counseling Assessment Portal

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Career Counseling Assessment Portal (“Portal”) provided by Glocal Academy of Skills (“Provider”). By subscribing to the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Scope

The subscription grants the Subscriber access to the Career Counseling Assessment Portal, including:

• Online assessments and tools for career counseling
• Personalized career reports and recommendations
• Access to resources and guidance content

2. Subscription Validity

• The subscription is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.
• After the 1-year term, access to the Portal will be suspended unless the subscription is renewed.
• No partial refunds are provided for early termination or non-usage during the subscription term.

3. User Eligibility

• The Portal is intended for use by individuals aged 13 years and above.
• Users under 13 must obtain guidance.

4. Account Responsibility

• Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Sharing login details with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of service.

5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

• All personal data and assessment results are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• The Provider will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

• Users agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes related to career development.
• Any misuse, including tampering with assessment tools or engaging in fraudulent activity, may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Modifications and Updates

• The Provider reserves the right to update, enhance, or modify features of the Portal during the subscription period.
• Any changes to these Terms will be communicated through email or posted on the Portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Provider is not liable for any decisions made based on assessment outcomes.
• The Portal is a guidance tool and does not guarantee employment or specific outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Government of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
